IT Architectures
Designing highly adaptive, and, at the same time, massively automated IT architectures, and bringing them into production, requires the ability to store and continue design patterns, using appropriate methods and tools. Within COREconsulting a critical mass of IT Architects has gathered together in order to provide our clients with the required range of expertise.
Design
The basis for designing IT architectures are functional and non-functional requirements, which have to be coupled with corresponding possibilities of available technology. In addition to an understanding of the business requirements, in-depth expertise regarding appropriate technologies, as well as associated methods and implementation processes, is necessary in order to implement and operate stable and cost-efficient systems in the long term.
Continuation
Business, technological, political, regulatory or legal impulses are drivers of change, to which our clients are exposed in their course of business. Resulting changes in the business structure often correspond to changes in IT systems. In order to handle these changes in a cost-efficient and operationally stable manner, changes to the IT architectural drafts are recommended. A high quality of planning reduces risks in the subsequent implementations and helps to coordinate the scope of change in one's own structures, as well as to compare them to external expectations. Our activities' common objective in connection with changes in IT architecture, is the avoidance of increasing complexity as well as the introduction of new, efficient technology components in order to be able to leverage efficiencies from technology development.
Review
Installed architectural bases sometimes show deficits, requiring a technological baselining or an assessment of IT-architectural interrelationships before their elimination. Due to technological sedimentation, existing IT systems are not designed to be able to be changed with little effort and operational stability, which is why the expertise of our IT architects aims at reducing associated risks. To do so or to enhance efficiencies, we use proven frameworks that enable statements towards our clients regarding the measures, allowing to achieve their objectives in the best possible way.
