Your Role

  • You are the good soul of the office and let everyone feel the COREculture as soon as they enter the office
  • You know exactly what is needed to be successful and provide the necessary means for our employees to work successfully
  • You are responsible for the organization and coordination of office administration and processes, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency and security
  • You will take care of all office tasks - handling mail and incoming calls, ordering, communicating with our service providers and making sure that everything is in the right place at the right time
  • You will also assist in the organization of events - you will know the names of our regular and repeat guests and build up a trusting relationship

 

 

Your Profile

  • You have a degree or completed commercial apprenticeship, coupled with several years of professional experience in a comparable function
  • You have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as initiative, flexibility and professional commitment
  • You can express yourself excellently in German as well as in English and find the right words to say
  • Hands-on mentality, team spirit and good self-time management are a matter of course for you
