As an IT Architecture Consultant (m/f/x) your responsibility lies in designing and developing customized IT architectures that support the company's business goals. You analyze existing systems, plan system migrations, and provide guidance on selecting and integrating new technologies.

Your Role

  • The technical expertise of existing processes, application landscapes and infrastructures of our clients is the foundation of your role
  • You design IT and software development strategies and roadmaps for system migrations in order to efficiently transfer existing IT systems to new architecture paradigms
  • You craft comprehensive architecture concepts and designs, meticulously considering aspects such as security, scalability, performance, and reliability
  • As an architecture expert, you play a key role in consulting projects and actively contribute to their implementation
  • You accompany agile development teams (internal and external) in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital specifications

Your Profile

  • Several years of practical experience in developing and implementing technical architecture solutions in a consulting environment, ideally complemented by a relevant academic or professional background
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and evaluating complex technical scenarios, with the ability to communicate them clearly
  • New technologies and modern tools such as Machine Learning, DevOps, and agile methods are not just buzzwords for you; they are essential elements for forward-thinking IT architectures
  • You possess a hands-on mentality, enabling you to engage with individual developers on technical details and assist them in finding solutions
  • A willingness to continuously educate yourself and share your knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a willingness to travel. Proficiency in German is advantageous
