As a Consultant (m/f/x) in Environmental Social Governance, you advise our clients on ESG topics and actively drive the establishment and further development of this area within our institution.

Your Role

  • You are part of a holistic team consisting of generalists and IT experts - together, you guide our clients through cross-company IT transformations
  • You advise our clients on ESG topics and actively drive the establishment and subsequent development of this theme within our institution
  • You view ESG not as an idealistic worldview, but as an integral part of value creation, helping our clients combine the fulfillment of ESG requirements with economic value
  • You contribute to the conception and implementation of integrating ESG factors into the design of our clients' business processes and IT systems
  • You conceptualize and implement new sustainability standards such as the EU Taxonomy or CSRD, develop solutions for managing ESG data, and design the integration of financial and sustainability information into IT systems

Your Profile

  • Experience and methodological expertise in conceptualizing and implementing ESG measures, ideally complemented by a relevant academic or professional background
  • Initial professional experience in the ESG field, preferably in management consulting or a comparable position, along with enthusiasm for current developments and standards in this area
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and evaluating complex technical, functional, and organizational scenarios in the ESG context, with the ability to communicate them clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, coupled with a willingness to travel
