As a Consultant (m/f/x) in Environmental Social Governance, you advise our clients on ESG topics and actively drive the establishment and further development of this area within our institution.

Your Role

  • Advising on company-wide IT transformations in a holistic team of generalists and IT experts
  • Supporting clients with the integration of ESG requirements into business processes and IT systems
  • Designing and implementing new sustainability standards (e.g. EU taxonomy, CSRD) and developing ESG data management solutions
  • Linking ESG goals with economic added value as part of strategic transformation projects
  • Designing and developing internal ESG competencies and communicating with specialist departments and decision-makers

Your Profile

  • Degree or training related to ESG or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the ESG environment, ideally in consulting or a comparable position
  • Methodological expertise in the design and implementation of ESG measures
  • Analytical thinking skills to evaluate technical, functional and organizational ESG scenarios
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel
