As a Consultant (m/f/x) in Environmental Social Governance, you advise our clients on ESG topics and actively drive the establishment and further development of this area within our institution.

Your Role
- Advising on company-wide IT transformations in a holistic team of generalists and IT experts
- Supporting clients with the integration of ESG requirements into business processes and IT systems
- Designing and implementing new sustainability standards (e.g. EU taxonomy, CSRD) and developing ESG data management solutions
- Linking ESG goals with economic added value as part of strategic transformation projects
- Designing and developing internal ESG competencies and communicating with specialist departments and decision-makers
Your Profile
- Degree or training related to ESG or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the ESG environment, ideally in consulting or a comparable position
- Methodological expertise in the design and implementation of ESG measures
- Analytical thinking skills to evaluate technical, functional and organizational ESG scenarios
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel
