New Publication: Consumer Banking Report 2022
26,000 retail bank customers in eight different countries were surveyed about their consumer behaviour.
The results were used to write the Consumer Banking Report, which was created in collaboration with our Managing Partner Fabian Meyer and EPAM Systems.
Questions that were answered in the report included the following (extract):
Are consumers still as satisfied with their banks as they have been in previous years?
Do they still trust them as much as they once did?
Are consumers using embedded finance products like Buy Now, Pay Later?
