As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/x) Regulation & Compliance, you design customized IT architectures, analyze existing systems, plan migrations, and provide guidance on selecting and integrating new technologies.

Your Role

  • You advise our clients on the analysis, planning, and implementation of regulatory requirements, as well as monitoring legal frameworks
  • You serve as a point of contact within strategic IT projects for the compliance, risk management, and regulatory departments
  • You maintain an overview of the significant regulatory developments for our essential target industries (finance, media, and automotive)
  • You design technology-driven analysis tools for various risk functions (e.g., strategic and operational risk management, credit, market risks, and fraud prevention)
  • You develop risk models for clients across different industries and company sizes

Your Profile

  • A successfully completed degree in economics, law, a STEM field, or a related field is advantageous
  • Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2/3, FinRep, FIDA, DORA, CoRep, BCBS239), risk management, information security, or data protection
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
  • Additional expertise in audit standards, particularly ISAE 3402 and IDW standards, is also beneficial
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, along with a willingness to travel
