The Way Back - Realignment for Success

IT projects are always delivered too late, too expensively and with too little result. This is often not only a perception, but has also been proven in various studies. Unfortunately, the studies usually lack a deeper analysis of the causes for such undesirable developments in the course of the project.

Our white paper, "The Way Back - Reorientation for Success", addresses these causes and makes a proposal for a fact-oriented status analysis of the "misalignment" of projects. Measures for targeted "rescue" (=turnaround management) of programmes are outlined in order to prevent complete failure and ultimately implement necessary changes in companies.
