New article in the M&A Review: Technology in the focus of value creation at private equities

Our M&A experts Christoph Kurtzmann and Fabian Meyer have written an article for the latest issue of M&A REVIEW on the topic of "Technology in the focus of value creation in private equities".

In the article, our colleagues explain how the current understanding of value creation in private equities can be meaningfully expanded by taking technology into account.

We will discuss our perspective on the M&A sector and the increasing relevance of technology with experts from the M&A industry at the European M&A Community Summit 2022, which will take place this year at our COREcampus in Berlin.
